Time Saving Short Cuts in Excel (Ctrl + Enter) & (Shift + -)

How to select multiple cells (without holding Ctrl) ?

1. Go to the first cell in the desired selection

2. Shift + - 

3. Simply select other desired cells







How to enter the same data into the multiple cells ?

1. Select all the cells where you want to fill the same data

2. Enter the data

3. Ctrl + Enter

Note: You can use the above short cut not only to enter the data but also edit the formula in multiple cells.
